I have been treated by Dr. Roe and Dr. Vicksman for 20 some years. They are very professional and explain all issues thoroughly. Both of my cataract surgeries were successful and without any issues. I highly recommend them.

I love Dr Roe but his receptionist is snotty and RUDE. My entire family have been patients at this clinic for years and they abruptly decided not to take our insurance without a word of apology or explanation. Just like that we aren’t allowed in the practice anymore and this woman at the front desk made the entire call uncomfortable and miserable (there’s a lot more to it, but I won’t waste your time).

He put plugs in my tear ducts and didn't tell me about the possible side effects they can cause. One of the eye plugs took out my right tear duct and now I've had 4 surgeries needing a fifth surgery due to excessive tearing. I can't tell you the suffering I have had.

My entire family has seen only Drs. Roe & Vicksman for the past three decades. What a team they make! Dr. Vicksman is a wizard at finding the best contact lens solutions for all ages & various degrees of astigmatism - my sons will not seek out new eye doctors even though they live on the east & west coasts now; they continue with this eye care team whenever they visit Colorado. Dr. Roe is a caring, highly skilled eye surgeon who concerns himself with the patient on a holistic level - addressing general health issues and potential impacts on eye health. He takes all the time needed to answer patient concerns. I recently had Dr. Roe perform cataract surgery on both eyes and am so grateful for the miracle of perfect eyesight! Following his lens recommendations (toric lenses, mono vision), I now have perfect vision near & far, have no issues with lights/night driving/starbursts and did not require any follow-up procedures. Many thanks to Dr. Roe & his wonderful staff!!

Just attempted to get my son's contact lens prescription refilled. I was treated extremely rudely by the person I spoke with who showed zero empathy and did not even attempt to listen to me.

I had Lasik done by Dr. Roe in 2000, and had an absolutely problem free experience. The doctor took as much time as I required to explain all aspects of the surgery to me using small eye models so I could visualize what was to happen. Since my experience was overwhelmingly positive, I had him perform cataract surgery on one eye last December. He was just the same as the first time-personal and attentive to my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone, I won't go to anyone else!

I went to him with "fuzzy' vision and he arranged for me to get detached retina surgery the following morning, after being seen by Dr. Liu (sp?) at Parker. Awesome work. really efficient. perfect diagnosis, and a gracious man to boot.

I was involved in a car accident and was sent to him for an examination of my eye. I had developed a macular hole. He told me he does a lot of work for the insurance industry. After the examination he calls the surgeon who performed several operations on my eye and basically nagged him over and over to say the car accident did not cause my macular hole. As a result I lost $100,000 from my claim. He should loose his license. He is a hack, and basically works for the insurance industry.
