I saw Dr. Chen for 2 Cataract removal surgeries. He was very kind, professional and compassionate. He spent time to answer all of my questions as well as my daughter’s questions. When medication needed revision, he was quick to do so. An EXCELLENT doctor, who told me truthfully what I could expect from the surgeries. His staff, receptionists, nurses, everyone in Dr. Chen’s office are kind & professional and made me feel at ease. He had a wonderful schedule (on paper) for taking the required eye drops, which made it easy for me to comply. I set the alarm on my tablet and put in my drops at the proper time then filled in the schedule. Because of this, it was easy to remember & the papered schedule showed me I’d done the drops correctly. Also, Dr.Chen’s office supplies a neat blue bag to keep the medications in.Very convenient! I am blessed to have been able to have Dr. Chen as my ophthalmologist and I highly recommend him.
