I have had one visit to doctor A's office and while he himself was very friendly and helpful I can not say the same for his staff. On my first visit he needed some liquid nitrogen which they didn't have even though I told them the reason for my visit so he instructed someone(a nurse?) to order some and reschedule me for another visit. I went back today and before paying my co pay I asked if they had the nitrogen which they did not so I did not pay my co pay or visit the doctor but instead walked out very disappointed. I can not say anyone was rude or unprofessional but I heard him instruct someone to order the nitrogen so this visit was a total waste of time, I took the day off of work so there's 8 hours of PTO I cant get back. I'm in management and know that if I don't order(or schedule) something that is needed then the job simply can not be completed, as a new patient again...I walked out of his office very disappointed.

Friendly staff, caring doctor, never fails to shake your hand and make courtesy small talk before getting to the issues, then takes the time to discuss every problem in detail

I have been going to Dr A family clinic for a year in a half. It is very hard to trust people and Doctors. But I trust them so much. They have helped me so much and they understand..... During Hurricane Harvey I lost everything and my doctors office helped me out and donated cloths, shoes and exc. They have always been there for me. They have great staff! And I wouldn't change doctors if my life was in danger because they are the best!

I have been a patient for a year he is a great physician very understanding and caring as long as you're not walking in there asking for innappropriate care.. I think in today's Times his main concern is helping a patient understand what they are going through helping them to the best of his ability and using safe medical practices in the way he prescribes certain medications and the knowledge he tries to give you of the risks and dangers of the different Therapies and pharmaceutical therapies

Dr. Egghead's Care Philosophy Philosophy of Care: I strive to provide the best care to every patient I come in contact with, empower them with the most up to date information with the goal of improving their total well being and sense of security. From my experience I would say the above statement is FALSE. Staff very disorganized, & unprofessional. As previous review from someone else I ALSO was hung up on by a staff member! Hide your kids, hide you wife, & go somewhere else! Thank you!

The office does not appear to be very sanitary. The office staff is rude. The doctor failed to return my phone call after a couple of days and when I called back up there the receptionist was very rude. She ended up hanging up on me. I have filed a complaint with Memorial Hermann.

Glad that I found him!
