Dr. Chinwendu Opara, DO

I’ve had Dr. Opara for a year. I love that she listens and does not try to push unnecessary drugs on you. She helps you to take on a more natural lifestyle with your health. Healthy eating and exercising. She showed me a great Netflix workout routine. She listened about my suspecting my hives caused by a med I was taking and she had me get off of it. My skin cleared up within in a week and still clear. If Wellspan would let Dr.’s do their jobs these Dr.s would be more effective and they wouldn’t be losing as many great doctors as they have lost!

She listens to your concerns and gives you her take on the matter so that you can decide what’s best for your body. She does not push drugs on you but encourages you to find healthy alternatives to living a healthier lifestyle. She is thorough in her exams. I suspected my diabetes meds were causing my skin hives and she suggested to suspend, it’s been a month since my skin has cleared up!! My Endo switched my meds doing well now. Wish more Doctors would be like her.

went for lower stomach pain. told doc it felt like hernia. had ultrasound on upper abdomen, lower and testicles. racked up $1000 bill after all tests were done to find out i had a hernia. i was in pain 6 months more them needed and could've been healed by now. changing doctors and will and will never go back
