I was so nervous but was reassured by everyone Everything was explained in detail Didn’t feel rushed thru my visit Was not made to feel lesser than anyone else Everyone was so nice and polite The clinic was nice and welcoming The nurses were very polite with all of my follow up calls and texts They was great on informing every detail going on And had no problem with any questions I had They are still available to me if I have any questions or concerns

I met with Dr Taylor, very knowledgeable. Very good at explaining the process, not only the procedure, but follow-ups. Will to listen and answer questions.Staff also very professional, kind and gentle. Very caring people. Highly recommend.

I went to a seminar, I was skeptical at first thinking I couldn’t be helped, I scheduled an appointment and had the test stimulator, 2wks later I had my permanent stimulator, we took a 18hr trip, normally we stopped every 45min so I could use the restroom. I was able to make the trip with only three stops, I am still amazed at the difference I am still loving my stimulator, I can walk by a restroom and I don’t have to use it just because I’m near by,

I’m an so happy with my implant. No more diapers! I highly recommend having this procedure. It will change your life. It did for me.

I just hit my 18-month post-surgery mark and it is fantastic! Dr Taylor and his staff are absolutely fantastic. They truly care. They explain everything in detail and make sure that you truly understand what you're doing before they do anything. They are wonderfully supportive afterwards. It was just the best experience I could ask for. I'm no longer housebound or embarrassed in public and it's all because they were so great! It was by far one of the best decisions I ever made to go to them for help.

I waited a long time to considerate having the Interstim surgery but sorry I waited. Everyone was so professional and very kind and helpful and sorry I waited so long. It is working so well and I don't have to be searching for a bathroom everywhere I go and taken away lots of stress. Thanks to the Drs and everyone involved

I first attended one of their lunch seminars over 3 yrs ago when I didn't have insurance and was only minimally incontinent but I left there thoroughly intrigued and hoping I'd never get so bad that I would need their services. Wellll, fast forward in time I remembered enough to find Dr Taylor with a Google search. I am fortunate that they were able to get my insurance to pay 100% of the cost. From the first phone call to the last wave goodbye, every single person I interacted with had a way of making you feel like you and your problem was the most important thing in the world. You truly feel special there. Dr Taylor and staff have everything down to an artform and you are in and out of both procedures with minimal fuss or discomfort. Unfortunately, my results so far are not a great as I had hoped for but we have not exhausted all the possible settings for the implant so I haven't given up hope yet and I have no regrets.

I am very disappointed with the care I got from this office. They were not upfront about the charges of the procedure. They also did make it abundantly clear that they were out of network for my insurance company. When I talked to someone about my bill, he lied to me about an issue. It took them 8 months to bill me. The key is they are not transparent at all about cost or insurance coverage.

I would highly recommend this procedure. Doctor and nurses are great. My nurse always texts or calls if I have a question. All healing comes from the Lord. Sometimes He uses medical procedures like this!

I had very HIGH regard for Dr. Taylor until after procedure when I left 2 messages for a call back to discuss a concern; he did not return my calls.

He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The procedure was so easy to get over and the results are life changing! To sleep again at night instead of running to the potty is now a reality!

Starting with the group that put on the seminar in my town. Everyone of Dr. Taylor’s staff goes above and beyond to see to it you are well taken care of. The InterStim is amazing. I highly recommend anyone having problems with bladder or bowels go see what they can do for you.
