She never introduced herself when it was the first time meeting and just barged in the room. It made it quite awkward from the very beginning. When she was looking at our child for their 1 month appointment she didn’t say anything about what she was looking for or any milestones, etc. We asked a few questions and she never answered them clearly at all. It made it seem she didn’t know the answer or wasn’t taking my questions seriously and giving a very surface level answer. One of her suggestions to us was outdated unsafe sleep practices.

I have no hassles of getting any appointments scheduled now and never have over the past 21 years. She is very patient, precise, and knowledgeable with her diagnoses. She really demonstrates a deep concern of love & compassion for babies, children, people & families. After faithfully dedicating herself to 38 years to such a prestigious calling in life that’s helping to shape the minds and body of our future generations, she is definitely walking worthy in her calling in which she has been called!
