Dr. Christen Morrow, MD

My brother was seen in an urgent care and tended to by Dr. Morrow. Overall the visit was smooth, however she has poor bedside manner, lacked patient engagement, barely wanted to look at us, minimal follow up instructions, just appeared she did not want to be there. Her care and treatment plan were in accordance to standards, however I'd much rather see another provider than her again.

I saw Dr. Morrow (THE ONE WITH THE DREADLOCKS) at the Ingalls Urgent Care facility ( actually this is an emergency room) on 159th street in Tinley Park, she was so poor; it was quite embarrassing. I didn't believe she was a Dr, she could not explain anything, (further indicating that she couldn't)relating to my issue, told me I had muscle injury but could tell me how or why, when I never had any injuries, she could not look me in my face when speaking to me, she indicated that I had a UTI when I didn't and prescribed an antibiotic (which my PCP told me to stop);, she kept telling me to take Motrin for pain, when it clearly stated I was allergic to Motrin, she indicated something was not shown in my Xray, when it clearly showed what she denied. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS PERSON, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER, POOR EXCUSE FOR THE TITLE DOCTOR AND AN INSULT TO THE INGALLS/UOC MEDICAL CENTER, shes a scary one.
