I had hand surgery with him on 2021
I have a rare deformity on my wrist and I had surgery with Dr.Foy on 2021. I had a cast for 1 month, all in vain because he never fixed my deformity and all the money spent traveling from Ponce to San Juan was in vain too. My hand still looks deformed and it hurts to this day, affecting me almost daily. I just feel very dissapointed every time I think of it, plus remembering he made me wait 10 hours in the hospital room, freezing cold without eating before even giving me the surgery. Very very awful experience.

I had a hand extensor tendon repair with him, and he restored my finger function back to normal. The recovery was excellent. I definitely recommend him for any hand surgery.
