Original patient of Dr. Oplinger passed me onto Dr. Klein. Waited 1 hr 15 minutes in waiting room while others were waiting near an hour. Staff took person who did not have apt over two others that were there at least 1/2 hr. After 75 minutes I left. My time is valuable and scheduled just like his time. He and his office have lost my respect.
