Every appointment wait time takes 2-3 hours. That is unnecessary! They need to stop scheduling 3 patients for the same time! Getting them to fill a prescription is next to impossible! Not sure the doctor has proper credentials as posted when you look up his office. All I ever see is a nurse who’s not even a nurse yet. I don’t know who started this trend of not letting us see a doctor when we go to the doctor, but it’s ridiculous. Plus when you are finally seen, they never read your chart. So you’ve got to start all over while they type on the laptop. Everything that’s already in your chart. Read the chart then maybe you won’t have to keep patients waiting so long. All our information is in the charts that you all have. Don’t make us start from scratch every time we time see you or, every time you get someone new. It’s also helpful if the np understands English. It would also be helpful if we could see a REAL doctor or at least a PA !

The office is disgusting. Dr. Okpalo doesn't even listen to what you are telling him. And then he expects his patients to wait for 2-3 hours to see him. I would never take my family members there. There are way better doctors in Beeville. Stay away from this place.

I find it odd that he switched from being a family practice doctor to a pediatrician! Yet still has adult patients at one of his offices. Who now have to see a nurse assistant instead of a real doctor!!! WT F is going on in Beeville that we no longer have normal real doctors anymore????

Very disappointed! I won’t recommend him he doesn’t have experience with C-19 patients,He was the only Dr in the entire hospital in Eagle Pass, Tx he puts my dad and other patients in risks, when my dad arrived to the hospital he was ok he didn’t have C-19 cause my sister tested him twice he was transfer from Mx to Eagle Pass with 2 negative tests C-19 he had antibodies of course but Dr Ukpalo put him in ICU C-19 area hrs later he was with the ventilator which it was an error He caused an irreversible damage in his esophagus and a virus in his lungs causing his death when he only was needing an oxygen to stabilizing him and a transfer to SA,Tx to get help with a neurologist, He decided to experiment with him,He said “we have all the equipment to treat him “which wasn’t true, Sep 20th the nurse supervisor decided to transfer 7 patients during the night all of them in critical condition 1 of them my dad last visit sep 19th 7:30pm 3hrs waiting so my dad was cool he was agonizing unconscio

Horrible the staff is always on their cell phones rude Sharing other patients information very unprofessional takes forever to see the patients then rushed when the doctor finally see you send prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy
