I had irregular test results that I was not contacted about. I had to call their office. The care is inconsistent and the staff is extremely rude. The only reason I stay is that I can’t find another PCP.

Never see actual doctor
After 3 plus years of being a patient I wanted to meet with doctor as I'm getting older (60s) think doctor should know me and me them . We'll, that's not how it works here. Dr Potter only in office 3 days a week PLUS only sees complex health issue patients . Everything done by a NP only . Looking for new practice where a doctor is managing my care

Time to move on.......
They make a care plan for a year in advance. 9 out of 10 times at least half of my appointments are cancelled on their end, not mine. Then it takes months to rebook that appt. they cancelled. Haven't seen the Dr in I don't know how long. I am there usually every 3 to 4 months and she is never there. Some of the staff is extremely rude (not all) and the patient is never right, according to them. Have been a patient for a number of years but have only stayed because I can't seem to find a new PCP that is accepting patients. Will keep on looking because this one isn't working out for me.

Not a big fan
Been a patient for 2 years. I have never met or heard from Dr. Kablotsky. Unless things have changed, she only sees patients on two days, which is vey inconvenient. The two NPs I have seen (Liz and Faith) have been great. The person who does the blood work has been been a no show on a few occasions and nobody from the office bothered to call and let me know, so I showed up for no reason.

This doctor only shows up on your bill.
Christian Potter-Kablotsky, MD only shows up on my bill. NPs provided all healthcare and vary widely. I waited months for what was supposed to be a 2 week follow up appointment, after too many useless appointments with NP, to see the doctor and the office cancelled an hour before the appointment. This is not the first appointment cancelled. The staff is friendly and the NP Liz, who removed my ER staples, is worth her weight in gold but I think patients deserve respect of their time, finances and self-knowledge. I only got it here, after going to the ER.

Avoid at all costs!
I wish we had read the reviews because we were charged a $1000+ bill for scheduling a yearly physical that should be covered by our insurance. Cancelling our appointments and seeking out another physician. Avoid at all costs!

Rude staff
Staff are rude! They say inappropriate comments about how much work they have to do then if you complain you are the bad guy. They try to overtalk you! You get diagnosis that you don't really have so that she can make money!

Was a patient of hers for about 3 years. Constant issues with getting prescriptions refilled and appointments scheduled. Often got incorrect information regarding appointments and virtual visits. Finally decided to look for another PCP after they failed to let me know of a cancelled appointment until after I arrived at their radiology department (missed a half day of work and drove for 2 hours needlessly).

I only continue to go to Dr. Potter because of the NPs who are caring and thorough I refuse to see Dr. Potter She told me my tick borne infection, proven by multiple DNA PCR tests, was due to my life style If that means gardening and hiking then okay that makes sense but that is not what was implied I feel Dr. Potter does not stay up to date with the latest medical advances nor scientific studies If she cannot solve the issue then it’s put onto the patient to figure it out Her bedside manner is very poor and I feel very stressed every time I enter the office My blood pressure is normal whenever taken by any other health professional but Dr Potter’s it’s elevated Go figure. It’s tough enough to suffer from a chronic illness but to not have support of a primary care physician makes it extremely tough to navigate In the market for a new PCP

Yes, Dr. Potter is an excellent doctor, I have been with Dr. Potter for the 23 years since she started practicing medicine. Dr. Potter has done a great job regulating all my clinicals, my blood work is all within the desired ranges, and I am in excellent physical shape due to her recommendations for increasing my exercise over the years. Dr. Potter utilizes all the cutting edge technologies available to physicians. She has a great staff of Nurses. She is not afraid to recommend you to a specialist if needed. I highly recommend Dr. Potter as a PCP.

Great care! The doctors here are fantastic with communication and follow through with medications, referrals, and all around treatment. I don't wait when I have an appointment. And they treat you with dignity and respect. Best PCP I've ever had.

Dr. Potter's office has been absolutely amazing to me. I haven't needed to see a doctor since I've moved to the area two years ago, but last month I found myself in so much stomach pain that I cold called Dr. Potter's office desperate for help. The staff got me in within 24 hours and Jen (NP) has been incredible in helping me decipher my condition. She even called to follow up before the long weekend, just to see how I was feeling. It's nice to feel like a person and not just a random patient.

Dr. Potter and her staff have been invaluable in helping my husband with a very, very serious health condition that occurred just prior to the holiday weekend. Jen, (NP) has been incredible in following up with specialists and referred physicians including calling them to ensure they had seen test results (as well as fitting us in to the schedule in order to get the test results locally . I cannot speak highly enough of this practice in terms of what they have done to help with this situation.

Dr. Potter is very nice and has a good bedside manner but I did not enjoy my time with her as she misled me about the cost of diagnostic xrays and when I called the office for help they would not give me any of the help I was looking for. Would recommend finding a different doctor in the area.

I was a patient of Dr. Potter's for a couple of years but never met her. My husband is a patient as well and met her multiple times -- which I found very odd. I met instead with a variety of NPs, who were all nice but this did not result in consistent treatment.

I was at Dr. Potter's office for 1 hour before she came into the exam room to see me. I'd been in the exam room for about 45 minutes. When I told her that 1 hour waiting was unacceptable, she yelled at me, called me a horrible patient, and told me to leave. This was done with the exam room door open and created quite a scene. Despite refusing to see me that day, she has billed my insurance $425 for the office visit. Sadly, I cannot recommend her. She was unprofessional and rude to me.

Stay far away from "DR." Potter! She was extremely rude to a family member both on the phone and in person. She raised her voice my family member, told her she's an awful patient, and that she had little or no interest in treating her anymore. I hope she faces some serious consequences for her very unprofessional behavior. This woman was awful, inconsiderate, and rude. There are plenty of caring doctors out there, stay away from this office!
