Dr. Christina Butera did wonders to my eyes!
I have been complaining of double vision since 1979 due to MS. I have seen several ophthalmologists and optometrists until I saw Dr. Ayman Boutros, MD., an Ophthalmologist who was the only one who recommended me to see Dr. Christina BUTERA, an Strabismus Ophthalmologist to correct my double vision problem and she indeed effectively addressed my problem in just one meeting with her. Since then I complained of double vision no more. Dr. BUTERA did wonders to my vision and I am so amazed and very well pleased with her that I highly recommend her to anyone who suffer same vision problem. Praises to Jesus for the skill He blessed her with for the immediate relief of double vision suffers seeking treatment.

Dr. Butera is truly an expert. I was concerned reading the other reviews but now that I've met her, I don't agree that they are accurate. She treated my 10 year old son with straight-forward expertise, relevant information, kindness and patience. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She was recommended by one of my closest friends and she ended up diagnosing my son with something that we never would have expected, but truly are so grateful to understand now. I felt like he was in great hands and I give her my full recommendation.

I really want to like Dr Butera as we've been going to her for 4 years but this year I decided I can't take anymore of her AWFUL bedside manner. This women should not be treating children AT ALL. She has no patience and she's rude! I stayed with her because our pediatrician said she was good but I would imagine she can't be the only good doctor in the area. STAY AWAY!

I took my son for 2nd opinion for lazy eye. Office staff are efficient and quick. The doctor aid/nurse was very good with young kids. Doctor was thorough and quick and clear. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend her

This doctor has no bedside manners. Stay away. She literally walked in and out of my daughter's appointment in less than 2 minutes. All of the work was done by the techs. Unbelievable. She did not even discuss my daughter's condition to us. She needs glasses, that's all she said. This person has no right to work with kids!

We've been seeing Dr Butera for a few years now for both of my children with vision problems. I can't say enough good things about her. Have never felt rushed like you do with so many Dr.'s. She takes her time, is thorough, and is truly there for the patient. My husband is a physician so I can say I know first hand there are a lot of Dr.'s that aren't in this profession for the patients. She even goes out of her way to make sure we're getting the best possible price on my sons contact lenses.

Unbelievably impersonable and not willing to answer questions. She spent less than 30 seconds answering my questions and ran out of the appt. I am sorry but when it comes to my child, I need a doctor willing to at least look at me and answer my questions

Dr Butera has seen my son twice now. I value her input as part of his care team. She is knowledgable and trustworthy. She does a great job communicating with children that are nervous about being there or when they aren't following directions - i trust her as a provider. She explained his multiple conditions to me in great detail and even drew pictures for me. I felt much more comfortable about his plan of care, after seeing her!
