I had a very important remote visit with Dr. Christina Council today to discuss some recent lab work I had at One Medical. My primary doctor, Dr. Schwartz, was not available for a few weeks - he is a wonderful, tremendous doctor, but I did need to discuss some of the bloodwork results so I was referred to Dr. Council. Let me just say that One Medical has consistently provided me and my wife with phenomenal care on every level. This was my first meeting with Dr. Council. She is extraordinary, very personable, friendly, listens to your questions, perfect doctor manners for this remote visit. Her knowledge, just like Dr. Schwartz is extensive and her way of explaining and addressing some of my medical issues was wonderful. I started the visit with some anxiety based on some lab numbers, but felt relieved and completely positive about my condition after speaking with Dr. Council. I highly recommend Dr. Council on all levels. She is simply exceptional!

Excellent Experiences
My experience with Dr. Council has always been pleasant and professional. She is quick to respond to any inquires and takes the time needed to review what is going on with my medical and personal well being. I've been seeing her for over 3 years now.

She prescribed a calcium supplement without even looking at my chart. Turns out I already had high calcium. Led to a half dozen tests and Medicare charged me because they were unnecessary. Do NOT go to this “doctor “

Worst visit of my life
My experience with Dr. Council was the worst visit of my life. I don’t even have the words to describe how terrible it was. She yelled at me and treated me badly for no reason. She does not have the temperament to be a doctor. I needed help and was left traumatized and humiliated.
