Very friendly, kind and attentive

Dr.Dimaggio takes time to listen to our questions and tries to answer all of them. She is empathetic and assuring all the time. Her staff is friendly and I have no issues with scheduling my appointments or answering and questions related to my insurance. Overall I have very good experience.

I have avoided scheduling an annual appointment for two years now due to Dr. Dimaggio’s flippant attitude towards my health. I visited her three or four times, and whenever I tried to express my thoughts or concerns, I was abruptly cut off and told that I was wrong, and prevented from speaking any further on the matter. I also overheard her laughing in front of the other staff and saying patients do not know better than the doctor. This was immediately after she left my room to allow me to change back into my clothes following an appointment. It was utterly humiliating. Tonight, I have decided that I need to prioritize my health, find a different doctor, and return to having regularly scheduling exams despite my bad experiences here. I may be scared that the next one will treat me the same way, but it’s time to give it another try anyway.

Feel confident in her actions & she answers any questions you may have very thoroughly. Very good bedside manor, never rushes.

I have been a patient of Dr. DiMaggio for over 20 years. She provided excellent care for me during all 3 of my pregnancies. I was higher risk due to my age and I always felt I was in safe knowledgeable hands no matter what issues I may have had over the years. I appreciate her direct advice and conservative approach at each of my visits. She is no nonsense, direct and professional. The staff is great as well. Very organized and friendly. I also appreciate the reminders when I am due for yearly appointments.
