I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. Dr. Pentlow is a very knowledgeable doctor and I feel safe within her care. She went out of her way to contact me during her time off to check in, and encouraged me to discuss how I was feeling. Sure, she may not be as peppy and outgoing as other doctors out there, but I think more important is her high level of expertise and her compassion for her patients. Thank you Dr. Pentlow! :-)

Visit was horrible from the start,the office staff are very very rude and obnoxious.They seem to have a big chip on their shoulders. That ruined the visit for me from the start. The doctor rushed our visit and NEVER NEVER returns calls....

My experience with Dr. Pentlow so far has been very positive. She was quite thorough with questions and took the time to explain everything in detail with me. She ordered follow-up tests to ease my concerns. She is very knowledgeable on thyroid health (why I went to see her). Would highly recommend her.

She rushed through my visit...shortened her explanations because she had another patient. this is after making me wait an hour to see her despite coming on time. she took a week to call me to discuss critical test results.
