Everything about my appointment was perfect. Dr was very friendly and answered all of my questions!

BEWARE! This lady is rude. She is ill tempered and if you do get an appointment with her don’t count on it happening. After the rudest, most unprofessional behavior during check in (she is the receptionist in her office, too) she refused to do my test! I had no idea she was the doctor also doing the reception work. When she told me to come back after numerous rude incidences I said I would like to talk to the doctor about her attitude. She snapped and very sarcastically said, “ I AM THE DOCTOR” Shocked was an understatement. To think a doctor would behave like she did was appalling! She said “maybe you should just LEAVE since you all ready have an issue with me” I calmly explained all of the rude behavior. She then told me to leave! I would not ever recommend this doctor. I was speechless. I tried reasoning with her to no avail. I waited a month and a half, drove an hour to be told to leave or she’d call the police. There is something seriously disturbing about how she acted. She was cold and unfriendly from the second my husband and I entered her office. Please avoid the grief and expense of going to her to only be sent out.

Exceptional Spent a lot of time. Very knowledgeable and informative. A different office told me they would do injections but had nothing else to offer me. Dr Richardson really cared and learned about me and came up with a plan that helped me feel better without injections I highly recommend

Very knowledgeable physician. Was not rushed and answered all of my questions. Provided a plan of care that no one else had used and helped to alleviate my symptoms. Highly recommend.

I was diagnosed with a facet joint injury in my mid-thoracic spine. My insurance made me see Dr. Richardson before I could see a spine specialist. There was no exam and she said she hadn't seen an injury like mine before and wasn't comfortable providing treatment. She informed me that she thought she knew someone at some physical therapy office that may be able to help me but wasn't sure. She charged me a $60 copay and asked to see me again in 4 wks. WHAT?!

I couldn't get in locally for an EMG for almost 2 months. The pain I was having needed attention much sooner as it was really bothersome. I am not one to take drugs as bandaids and want to find the cause. I was able to get in promptly and was most impressed. This is a small office with personal attention to details. Dr. Richardson was very personable, listened intently to my issues, did a thorough review of my medical history and proceeded with the EMG. Sharing the results with me.
