I would tell anyone who has a need for an Endocrinologist to visit Dr. Trillis. She has a calming voice and direct manner that puts me at ease and reassures me at the same time. She really is my favorite doctor, and her nurse Lisa is the same way. They don’t rush through your appointment and have made me feel secure in their presence. I’m so glad I found her!

Dr Trillis sat down, asked and answered questions, and was extremely helpful. She sent me for lab tests, told me exactly where it was (right across the hall from her office) and said she will call with the results. She did that the very next day. I made an appointment to be seen for a follow up in 3 months. My wife and I were very happy with her.

Dr. Trillis is wonderful! And Jennifer also. I feel like family. They always take the time to listen to me and always ask how I am doing. Dr. Trillis called me when I got home from the hospital after my surgery and asked me how I was doing. It was after hours so she was at home with her family, I was actually shocked because no doctor ever did that with me. She was always at the hospital after her day appointments to see how I was doing. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

Dr. Trillis cancels appointments all the time because she only works part time and has small children. Dr. Trillis is always in a hurry to leave the room when you see her, and doesn't take time to answer all questions. All she says is "sure, sure". Furthermore, you have to call Jennifer for everything and Jennifer doesn't do her job, and wants you to make all necessary calls, etc. to get things done. Jennifer gets annoyed when you call her! They will then blame the patient!

waited over an hour to be seen and then was told the reason she was late was because I brought a lot of records. She wanted me to have some scans done that entail diet restrictions and I wanted to wait till after vacation. after vacation I called to say I was ready and was told to just come see her in 2 months. so the urgency to get the scans seems to have disappeared. I have found a new endocrinologist and will not be going back.

Very poor listener. Seemed bothered by me being there. No follow up on tests for weeks until I finally called for results. Will not be going back.

So when i called to make the appointment the receptionist didnt want to check that my referral was sent over instead was trying to get me off the phone. Now if i was a patient that didnt understand the referral was sent via a medical records system they would have disregarded meSame when i needed my rx. If i didnt follow up repeatedly i would have never been notified. The visit was awful. If you want to pay to talk to a wall pay her a visit. I will not go back. I have given enough chances here.
