Dr. Brown has been my primary care physician for 5 years. I have seen her for physicals, illnesses, high blood pressure, and assistance with quitting smoking over a year ago. She's very thorough, is a good listener in terms of respecting the patient's own opinion of their state of health, and she recommends appropriate tests. I'm not an easy patient and I like her. My elderly mother recently moved in with us from out of state and I am now taking my mother to Dr. Brown too.

We had her our family PCP for several years, usually we saw her once a year for annual physical checkup, to my surprise, each time they bill me doctor office visit in addition of the annual checkup. I complaint and paid eventually. But in 2015, they even bill me with lab fee plus doctor office visit fee, I refused to pay and complaint to MA GA office, but they continue send bill until 2017. I walk away from her, and will never pay the additional charges.

Dr Brown is a friendly, courteous and professional person. She is a good listener and also clearly explains what she thinks should be done and then asks if that makes sense to you. She's very easy to talk to which is important in a PCP. She's been very responsive on referrals and prescription refills. She is action oriented but is not a pill pusher, in fact she works with you to reduce medications, which I really like/appreciate. I highly recommend Dr Brown.
