I am very unhappy about prescription renewals
I have called to have changes to 90 days twice, and it does not happen; the pharmacy says there is no response on renewals to them either they tell me to contact the doctor. I am so fed up with Emory doctors, her patient portal will not refer me either.

My experience with this primary care doctor was unpleasant and very concerning. During several months of battling through an undiagnosed medical condition, she seemed to not care at all as if I was making all these symptoms up in my head. Even with my levels consistently dropping, she constantly asked me questions "Like do you think its your anxiety and would you like to take something for it?" She also refused to check labs because she said that she wouldn't be to manage it as my primary care doctor. As someone who works in the healthcare industry, I was very disappointed with her lack of care and empathy. I highly do not recommend anyone become a patient!!!
