Friendly and informative
She was wonderful. She diagnosed a problem that my 3 previous providers had missed. I was hurting when she first saw me and immediately recognized the source of the pain. Under her treatment and guidance I am now able to control it. I don't want to be seen by anyone else there since those others missed it.

Rude, rushed, fat phobic
Dr Chen seemed rushed, got annoyed with me as she performed a biopsy in a rushed fashion that hurt, I started crying, she stopped the procedure and told me that she'd now have to 'do it the hard way' and schedule the biopsy as a sedated procedure. Then she berated me and told me that I would 'probably die' under anesthesia for the biopsy because I was 'so fat'... I said we could try again, that I hadn't been prepared for how painful the biopsy would be (because she just jammed in a speculum and started the biopsy without actually telling me what to expect or when to be ready for the pain), but she said I was 'clearly too emotional'...Then she left me there without even closing the door and said she was on vacation the following week so I shouldn't expect a call for a week or two. I was in tears. I left with my friend and cried all the way home, but you'd better believe I got a different doctor. I did get a biopsy without sedation, because a good doctor actually talks you through it.

She is the WORSE medical provider i have ever seen in my entire life. She talked over me and my husband the whole time, was very condescending, rude, and borderline abusive. It was so bad after 2 incidents we do not trust her medical care in any way shape or form. We have filed a report with the medical board regarding her behavior.

Too fast, no communication, no patient -doctor connection. Too rude, also caused me much pain and bleeding during and after procedure. I made the mistake of not checking her recommendations. Beware.

Chen was rude and dismissive of my health concerns. She was in the room with me for less than 10 minutes and made me feel as if I were a bother. Horrible. Obviously, her ego is more extensive than her medical skills.

My mother saw her. She was rude, brusque, and had zero bedside manner. She will never go back to her. Patients beware.

Extremely disappointing. This Dr. was very rude and condescending. She spent less than 5 minutes in the exam room with me. She talked over me and wouldn't let me ask any questions. She told me there was nothing they could do for me and looked at me like she was so annoyed that I bothered her. I am so angry at this Dr. and I will never go see her again. I will be telling everyone I know not to go see her. On the bright side, the rest of the nurses and the secretaries were wonderful and helpful.
