She isnvery caring, explains everything very well and has wonderful beside manners, she truly took care of me and I couldn't be more appreciative of her !

I have gone to Dr Gupta for my gastric bypass, endoscopies and colonoscopies. Whenever I need a procedure, I always go to her. I can say that she changed my life for the better. She always puts me at ease and answers all my questions with patience and kindness. If I don’t understand something, she explains in a different way instead of repeating exactly what she just said, only louder.

Very personable and professional. Thorough explanation of problem and treatment options. Surgical outcome great with quick recovery.

I had to have an adipose biopsy and was referred to Dr. Gupta. Staff was very friendly - Dr Gupta was very professional and explained procedure. Very pleased with experience.

Very unhelpful and poor experience overall - I've never left an online review (positive, neutral or negative) before but felt this was needed. Bad bedside manner, didn't seem to advocate or believe my symptoms. I understand skepticism and probing questions, but doubting your patient's experience isn't acceptable. Might be a qualified doctor, but she's not a good care provider

Was assign Dr Gupta as my surgeon via Ascension. Not sure if I could’ve requested a different one. As far as the surgery goes, I feel it was probably OK. I had a colonoscopy and have been a little sore the next day but still too early to tell if there were any true issues. My review is based mainly on her lack of bedside manner. First, she did come into the room to meet me and with her came along a medical student who is observing. That’s OK, but I truly feel that should’ve been some thing mentioned ahead of time. Secondly, she was not overly friendly and did not ask if I had any questions or concerns. Upon entering the surgery room, she never said anything to me right before the procedure, while the nurses and anesthesiologist did talk to me to make me feel more comfortable. Thirdly, she never came in after to check on me or speak to my husband, which she said she was going to do. Overall, probably a competent surgeon but not a caring one, so know that before using her.

She seemed a little condescending in how she spoke to me. She acted as if she didn’t care whether she did my surgery or not. I just did not have a good feeling about choosing her as my surgeon.

Rude receptionist. They waiting area was full if appts that were to see Dr. Gupta st the same time & she was running more than 30 mins late. informed the doctor would be available 30 mins later than original appt time.

I’ve dealt with a lot of doctors due to my son’s health history, and I have to say, Dr. Gupta’s bedside manner is near the bottom of the list. When discussing our concerns, her answers were short, cold, and unhelpful. She even seemed slightly irritated that the receptionist had made an appointment for my son to see her when he was a patient of another doctor within the same practice. I left her office feeling terrible. I’ve honestly never quite experienced something like that before.

Great Dr. spent time explaining everything. Very happy highly recommended.
