Fast, Friendly and Efficient
I was able to see Dr Johnson very quickly for a cyst that was growing large on my index finger. The appoint was very efficient with little waiting and Dr Johnson was very personable, walking me through my options. I elected removal over draining and we scheduled a procedure to remove the cyst on the spot. The procedure, less than a week later, went well with no surprises, very little pain and quick healing of the incision.

First Appointment
Dr Johnson took my initial appointment to figure out the best path for my carpal tunnel syndrome. She took her time and asked relevant questions then laid out a plan for moving forward.

After a lot of money, I am still in pain.
She didn't do any range of motion tests on my elbow. She squeezed the place typically painful for tennis elbow and stated that I needed surgery. The next 2 appointments were check ins. Nothing was done. Then I badly injured my other elbow in a fall, with torn and partially torn ligaments. She was helpful in getting an MRI. She then sent me to PT. She stated I needed to strengthen the acute injury so she could do surgery on the original elbow. I lost my job so I updated the clinic with a Medicaid number. At the next appointment, The front desk was told to turn me away. I was told I needed to call corporate to make yet another appointment, specifically because I had Medicaid. I politely persisted with the front desk. Dr J relented, then told me that, somehow, I no longer needed surgery. Unfortunately, I still have significant pain, and from what I understand, torn ligaments do not heal themselves.
