Dr. Lam is an excellent doctor. Her exams are very thorough and she takes the time to explain everything and follows up on the phone with results. I would highly recommend Dr. Lam. It is rare to find a doctor like her.

She is very condescending; I do not recommend her. I went in to receive help and guidance for chronic pain and wanted to talk to her about some of my concerns. Instead of speaking to me kindly and reassuredly, I received eye rolls and was treated like I was a nuisance and making it up. She quickly ran through her diagnosis using terms I had no understanding of and dismissed my concerns. Maybe my concerns were unwarranted, but I would have appreciate that explained to me. I am still in pain.
