Stay away from sketchy ent specialists office located at horrific hospital campus via Bostford General hospital! This office where nastiest,lazyaasses,and extremely unprofessional who works in up front and back office refusing let any patients see doctor when it comes to urgent care visit! Not highly recommended!

Dr Lepoudre was on it! She was thorough in her exam and explained everything so that I could understand easily. She was extremely knowledgeable and experienced! I was very impressed with her and the time she spent with me explaining my condition.

Both myself and my wife had separate, new patent, visits within 2 days of each other. The visit was for a basic hearing test (we are in our early 50's), with a simple review of the test, each of us spent 20 to 25 minutes with the Dr. Then the bills arrive, and they are very different (the time charged for one was 30min, ok that works) and the other was for 45 min (and $64 more), From my view this is clearly dishonest, after a clear discussion with the billing dept, they would make no changes. Referred by family doctor to check for Physiological problem as well as voice cracking and hoarseness associated with Acid Reflux. She was very professional and listened to all I had to say. A thorough examination with scope down my nose to get a good look. She answered all concerns and gave me great recommendations for controlling my issues. Very unlike many of the other reviews I read before seeing her.

Terrible wait times. My one year old son and I have waiting in outpatient surgery for 3 hours while they take an “emergency” grown man back ahead of my son. Real emergency when the guy isn’t bleeding and smiling as he is wheeled by. A young child does not understand why they haven’t been able to eat or drink since the night prior but a grown man is able to understand. Furthermore, a real emergency should of been sent to the ER not outpatient surgery. In the office the wait is long as well.

This women was the most horrible doctor I've ever had experience with. She dismissed the severe pain I was in and told me I was hormonal due to pregnancy. I told her the pain was making me vomit she said that was also hormonal. Before looking in my ear she said I didn't have an infection even the the ER had diagnosed me on two different occasions with both inner and outer. She told me to stop crying because I was going to make it worse then huffed out of the room. I left before she returned.

Dr. Lepoudre along with the Oncology staff at Woodland and St. Joseph Ann Arbor saved my life. I have/had stage 4 throat cancer. The doctor successfully removed my cancer that had extensively and aggressively invaded my lymph nodes throughout my neck/head. A very hard job. She and her team gave me a second chance at life. She has excellent skills and I would trust her with my life again.

Would have given a zero if possible. Dr Lepoudre was 45 minutes late and when my husband stepped out of the room for a couple of minutes and came back and asked her a question she said: " I don't mean to be rude" but I do have other patients waiting. This is when in fact she could have answered his question instead of saying that rude comment. Her interpersonal savvy skills are poor to say the least and does not keep her appointment time and apologize for being late. Her knowledge seems to be ok

Dr. Lepoudre did an amazing job with my tonsillectomy! She made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I was already excited as it was to finally be able to get them removed because of the issues I was having with them but even when I woke up after the surgery I could not stop smiling! I would recommend her in a second to anybody that is having issues with their tonsils!!
