She is such an amazing doctor. She spends time going over everything. She’s fast to order tests if I need them. Including radiology tests that are hard to come by from other medical physicians

Dr. Moon would not listen to my concerns and blew me off as if my extreme weight loss over the past year was just a mental issue. No explanation and no real help. The entire reason I scheduled a visit was for a physical and to discuss my concerns, yet neither were addressed. What a waste of time by a cold doctor. Thanks, Kaiser.

I had my first appointment with Dr Moon and for some reason she kept responding to an argument I wasn’t giving, which was weird and awkward. She also seemed to not believe me that the blood pressure cuff on the automatic machine had been painful (not uncomfortable, strangely painful) and that was probably why my number was high. Sure enough, after I insisted on a manual check it was 20 points lower. She was efficient in scheduling my specialist and tests, but I am switching providers.

This was my Doctor and I liked her very much. Something strange happened on my last visit. I listed the tests I wanted to be prepared to ask for them during my visit. Dr Moon became rude and said I was being demanding. She cut me off twice while I was trying to explain. She told me she would order the tests, but told me to come back to another primary care physician to discuss the results. Since then, as results have come back and I haven't seen the new Dr yet. I am feeling harassed to do so.
