The worst experience I have had with a doctor!
While the staff was great and the doctor was on time, she was rude and dismissive. She did not answer my questions and reacted condescendingly when I responded to her questions. She walked me through the scan which was helpful but I walked away feeling it was a waste of time and money as she did not tell me anything I did not know, did not bother to look at my charts or provide me with pros and cons of her suggested next steps.As they say it takes one person to ruin your day and her attitude did that for me. Please avoid her. I could say she was having a bad day but I got the sense that is the way she is!

Worst Experience with a “Dr.”
Worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. and not a good representative of the Scripps brand and staff we have been fond of. I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior to waiting nearly 4 months for an appointment. Don’t waste your time, seems like this unfortunate experience is shared by many.

Disinterested and dismissive
Although Dr. Morton was professional, she lacks bedside mannerisms. She is also fairly dismissive and offered no treatment options for her diagnosis.

Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor at Scripps. The doctor never entered my test results in my medical record and didn’t refer me to a specialist. I found out three and a half years later I had a serious condition. I would never recommend this doctor and will see what other action I can take regarding her neglect in my care.

My experience during my Sept. 23 visit with Dr. Morton was neither compassionate nor was there good communication. 1) There was no pain deadening before the procedure began. As a result I suffered excruciating pain as she repeatedly probed high into my nose. I literally screamed but she said nothing and just continued, clinically. 2) There was no conversation prior to or after the procedure about what to expect. 3) This is the ONLY time I have ever complained about a doctor.
