Dr. Christine Sohn Woo, MD

Absolutely the best GYN out there. It is a race for perfection between her and my GP. She has listened, cared, respected, supported and has been kind. She is informed, highly educated and up to date in her field. As long as I am with Kaiser I will be with Dr. Sohn Woo.

Unfortunately my first and only in person experience with this “medical professional” was devastating and traumatic to say the least. She began by asking questions about my pregnancy to date. During the ultrasound I was informed that I was not yet 8 wks and she did not see a heartbeat. At this point she asked again if I had any bleeding or spotting and I said no. She then said that I might be having a miscarriage. She scheduled a 2nd ultrasound for a wk later but informed me that I might not make it and that if I started bleeding uncontrollably I should go to the ER. She also had me check my HCG and declared it had to double in 48 hrs, but mine did not. She later said that if my HCG is high it may not double, but she never said that in the appt. She also said I may be having twins, but my next ultrasound tech disputed ALL of her untested findings. She seems friendly, but unknowledgeable as a doctor. As a 40 yo woman, this is not acceptable bedside manner. I would leave 0 stars!

She is by far the best doctor out there! I could not have gotten through my pregnancies without her and her advice!
