By far the worst health care provider I have ever worked with. Doctor and care team are more concerned with scheduling appointments than actually helping patients. A very simple visit turned into hours of follow up phone calls and resulted in the doctor prescribing something that insurance does not cover. I changed my medical coverage to pay a higher deductible just to get away from this Kaiser team. Completely disappointed that Kaiser is being represented this way by this team.

I personally changed to Dr Tam because she was very upbeat and energetic, she takes the time to explain issues to you that are very much your concern. I say Thank you to her for all she has done helping me and my medical needs.
