Highly productive first appt with Dr. Townsend
She took about 15 minutes to review MRI films and reports from the past 12 years and walked into the examining room informed and ready to evaluate my physical symptoms and offer several courses of action. She is polite and direct. Follow up is clear.

Great
She says a lot of important things to help you. If you do what you says you're going to get better very likely. My mistake initially was I did not do all the exercises she said. Once I started doing them I felt a lot better!

Wonderful doctor
When I received my orthopedic diagnosis that I needed a knee replacement, I came to Dr Christine Townsend looking for less drastic alternatives and I found what I was looking for: Dr Townsend is a thorough compassionate doctor that drained the liquid from my knee and gave me a hyaluronic injection that provided the relief for my condition. I am grateful to have Dr Townsend as part of my health care team.

Telehealth
I came to see Dr. Townsend because of my shoulder pain. Dr. Townsend is an amazing Doctor because ever time I see her she alleviates my shoulder pain with injections. Thank you Dr. Townsend.

Great doctor, not so great office staff.
Dr. Townsend is great, and always responsive. But it is very difficult to make an appointment. If you fill out the online form there is no response. If you call after a long hold time you will be told someone will call you back and they rarely do. They need better office staff or booking system.

Dr. Townsend is terrific. I seen her a few times now and have been seen promptly each time. The exams are thorough, diagnosis is explained clearly, and all questions are answered with good humor. Highly recommended!

Lovely!
Dr Townsend was a delight. She listened to me and she's compassionate. She wasn't rushing into any new procedures but we talked about PT as being the first line of defense right now. She told me what I can and cannot do as it relates to my current issues. I highly recommend her.

Truly compassionate

Impressive.
Quiet clean environment with ease of direction and staff interaction. I was seen exactly at my scheduled time. My eventual interaction with Dr. Townsend was very basic. My diagnosis became clear after she examined me and definitely consistent with my symptoms. She is friendly and a great doctor!
