I had the best doctor's visit I've had in a long time! He was very thorough and I especially appreciated that he explained everything he was doing in advance. I didn't feel rushed at all, and he and his staff were very kind and friendly throughout. Dr. Alonzo also took the time to help me understand some older test results that I was having a hard time getting answers on. I feel like I'm in good hands after struggling to find a PCP in the Boston area for years!

Great bedside manner always explain everything so that i understood. Called me with information and understood that i did alwsy understand, so he took thr time himself and npt his asstance or called my wife. He is one of the best.

Followed him to Atrius!
I have been with Dr. Alonzo for 4 years now. I was thrilled when he left Fenway and joined Atrius Health and followed him there for my continuity of care. He has always explained any issues I may have and has been very personable and friendly. Top quality doctor!

Dr. Alonzo is the greatest doctor I've ever seen. He is warm, friendly and extremely caring about your health issues. He will also joke around at times in order to connect with you and make you feel comfortable. He was able to discover and help fix the health issues with not only me, but my mom when no other physicians had a clue what was the problem and/or solution. He is a no nonsense type of doctor, so he may not give you the answer or medications you WANT, but he will give you the medications and solutions that are RIGHT for your health problem to make sure you are taken care of in the best possible way. Any other bad reviews are probably from problem patients making excuses or looking for medications they don't need. Dr. Alonzo is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent care. A+++
