My mother was a patient of Dr Bolander's and our experience was that he did not care about the issues she faced. She is very active for her 70s and he dismisses every issue she has as 'age related.' Recently she had a hospital stay and they told us to follow up with Dr Bolander for an Rx. We did immediately and never received a response. We had to go back to the hospital to get the Rx she needed because the only other option was to sit in the walk-in clinic and wait (which can be 4+ hours). When our father died and our mother was not sleeping, she went to Dr Bolander to ask for something to help her sleep and he told her no, that she needed to just work through it. He did not care at all what she was going through. She tried to switch physicians and he would not sign the form to allow her to change doctors within Everett Clinic. Eventually we changed her to an entirely new practice to get her a better doctor.
