May 2015 he saved my life after an accident

I went into visit Dr. bouillon with a friend that had had an accident with her arm broken. The office was incredible the doctor very compassionate and an overall terrific experience. It turns out my husband injured himself and they were backed up appointments. Dr. Boullion was able to fit him in as well. I can only say what I really fantastic office overall experience with this doctor. Very professional courteous and the entire team did a great job. I highly recommend this office.

I was referred to Dr. Boullion last year for follow-up care after having trauma surgery in Raleigh NC for an injury I suffered while away from home. Dr. Boullion and his nurse, Gwen, have been wonderful.....both have been compassionate and caring in providing the best medical services. I have returned to Dr. Boullion recently, after he helped me with my elbow injury, to seek his medical advice for my knee, and he has again been extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Boullion, and his staff, to anyone seeking an excellent orthopedic surgeon/specialist.

Everyone at the office is very upbeat, friendly and puts you at ease. Gwen n Tim are awesome! The only thing I would change would be more on schedule but I know Dr.B doesn’t rush through any appointments you are a person not a number to him so not sure if we can change that! But it is nice to be a person that Dr B will take his time to discuss and answer any questions or concerns you have.

Dr. Boullion repaired a broken femur 5 years ago. I recently fell and was having real pain in the back and hip area. Made appointment to have him check to make sure that I had not damaged the work that he had done. He explained my choices of what I could do and what he could do for me. He was very professional and answered all my questions. All of his staff are outstanding and I trust him completely.

Referred to Dr. Boullion after experiencing a severe sprained ankle.

I was treated by Aaron Guest, PA, Nurse Natalie and office assistant Jessica who are all very helpful and provide excellent care.

Dr. Boullion and his staff were very kind, knowledgeable and professional. He sat beside us and explained everything and informed us of what we could expect after surgery. He also followed up with a call to us the evening after having surgery. He’s very down to earth and friendly. I can’t say enough nice things about him.

I broke my tibia in October 2019 and Dr Bouillon was my surgeon. I was very impressed with the excellent care that I received from Dr Bouillon, his PA Amanda and his whole team.....very professional, compassionate and caring team. I recently had to have my hardware removed that was placed in my leg and the same exceptional care was received......thank you so very much for the excellent care I received.

After falling off a ladder I was brought to grand Strand medical Center .Upon arriving they realize that I broke my tibia plateau on my left leg Dr. Boullion what is the orthopedic surgeon on call that day and i am very grateful that he was he fixed me up and I am now on the mend. Dr. Boullion has a great personality great bedside manner his office staff is very friendly and polite always looking to go the extra mile to help their patients out .

In all my years of visits to physicians offices, I have never experienced the total lack of organization. Including front office and Dr Bullion. This office lost paperwork not once but twice for me to get a mobility scooter. ( I finally just went and paid out of pocket) Dr Bullion put screws through my SI joint twice, and to this day I have more pain there than ever. He recently told me he would take the hardware out,and would call and get things moving. I was told BY ANOTHER DR that he had changed his mind. He has had six months and has not called. This is totally unacceptable behavior from a supposed professional.

I actually had surgery performed by Dr Scott Duncan in March of this year. Very caring doctor! Staff in the office always make you feel comfortable, return phone calls and are very caring and interested in your well being! If you have a issue and need them to see you quickly it can happen. Will go back anytime I need Orthopedic care!

Very personable, and great attention to detail. I did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Boullion was very thorough and has been a great help in assisting me in with trying to determine the issue I have been experiencing with my shoulder. I would highly recommend him and Grand Strand Orthopedic Care for your medical needs.
