Waste of my time
Dismissed my concerns of a painful mass on my abdomen as “nothing”. Exam consisted of allowing me to describe my concerns. No physical exam was conducted. I asked for a referral to someone else, his notes said that I “ insisted” on a referral, that alone tells me that I was not taken seriously or believed. I’ve been a provider for over 30 years, and found my visit a complete waste of my time.

Dr Carter is kind, compassionate, takes his time in an appointment and is an excellent listener, He has been my doctor for about five years and has found dysplasia precancerous polyps in Aug 23 and is following me closely The next endoscopy may include removal by resection. I am an 82 yr old, worked as an RN until I was 72. I know excellent medical care He is the best and is probably saving my life. My mother died of cancer of her esophagus and stomach when she as 84, caught too late. Early Gardner RN

Appointment
I found Dr. Carter to be very professional and kind. The appointment was scheduled far in advance and I guess that's my only complaint. Should be easier to get in.

Terrible bedside manner. Not thorough, is burned out or has a short attention span- I say this because he jumps to conclusions too fast.
