negligent, unnecessary x-rays, made up diagnosis
Case didn't pay attention, ignored my complaints and when I questioned how he came to his diagnosis, he rudely said 'because I examined you'. I'd had a terrible fall, with MANY injured parts, yet he chose to x-ray a part I didn't complain about which as expected was perfectly fine upon radiologist's review!! When I asked him why he wouldn't x-ray the part causing me excruciating pain, he denied me and said I was fine. Then he said he would have a nurse bring in after care instructions. I told him I don't want them as he said I'm fine. Then he turned his back to me, said 'yeah, I didn't think so' and literally waved me off with his hand like a mosquito. He was done with me and left the room, sitting in a wheelchair alone. ****** He ignored a VERY important symptom (the front staff firmly suggested I inform him of first as it could be a real cause for concern). I reminded him once more and he ignored me once more. That kind of negligence can cause undue harm or worse.

Outstanding!
I arrived with severe abdominal pain. Dr. Case had patience in listening and care in analyzing. He ordered appropriate tests and immediately and accurately determined my acute Gall Bladder problem. He and his team were caring, professional and ensured I was transferred to Saratoga Hospital for admittance, treatment and surgery. When I go to Wilton Urgent care again, I hope he is on duty!!!

Horrible! Would give 0 stars if I could
Horrible bedside manner! Acted like I was a waste of his time. Did not listen to my concerns at all. Very condescending! And when I asked a question- brushed it off and rushed through his response so he could run off to the next patient. The fact that he ran in and out before the nurse could even do their assessment tells it all. He should not be practicing medicine. What a horrible representation of Saratoga Hospital and it’s urgent care site.

No concern for my pain or low blood sugar following a recent motor vehicle accident. He does no more than is necessary to get you out of his ER.
