Called office for a recommendation on a topical medication for an itchy , painful case of rosacea. I had gone before for angry bumps on my head and that information was in my file. I explained this was a different condition , twice . Dr must have fixated on the previous condition and prescribed a topical medication that said NOT to use for rosacea. All this during the pandemic Dr never even considered a video conf call like other doctors. Won’t go back . This was for my husband

The entire staff at Dr. Crotty's Dermatology Center is amazing. The Doctors and Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, caring and informative. The office is beautiful and very comfortable. This is a "5" Star operation.

Usually see one of the Physician Assistants, all of whom are eminently well-qualified. They are prompt, professional and personable and each takes the time to insure that all questions are answered, diagnoses are treated and patients are reminded to use sun-screen daily.

100%. Dr Crotty is an amazing doctor. For years he has performed world class preventive & corrective care for me as I’ve had to deal w/skin cancer. I am so pleased & thankful he is my doctor. His team is also world class. They are competent, efficient & friendly.

I had a deep scar on my face which really bothered me. Dr Crotty was highly recommended and I waited months for the appointment for the scar excision. It was well worth the wait. The scar was removed, leaving behind a tiny, new scar. The new scar is almost invisible. I'm beyond pleased with the results, and with the professionalism of the staff.

Dr. Crotty has been taking care of my skin disorder for over 10 years. I visited 4 dermatologists before finding Dr. Crotty, who diagnosed the problem in 1 visit where other had failed. He is kind and listens. We don't live close to Sand Lake Dermatology's Office but it is well worth the drive to know we are getting the best care! My husband and I are grateful to Dr. Crotty and his staff.

This is THE most professional, courteous and efficiently run practice I have ever had the pleasure of coming to. Dr. Crotty is a wonderful doctor who is not only highly skilled but is also able to make his patients feel relaxed and at ease. I have recommended numerous people to this practice. I consider myself lucky to be his patient!

Front desk should have warned me 10 or so minutes into my 50 minute wait instead they said nothing until I asked 5 and 35 minutes into the wait. The office needs a service recovery plan for people that wait over 20 minutes. They should have a substitute MD avail to pick up those waiting 20+ minutes.

I have been seeing Dr Crotty for over two years. He is a knowledgeable and caring physician and the only one in Florida I am aware of with a Grenz Ray machine. That machine cleared up hand eczema that 2 other dermatologists said they could not clear up, after trying everything they could think of. Thank goodness one physician knew that Dr Crotty had the Grenz Ray machine!
Dr Crotty is the only physician I have seen in the last 30 years who takes a real interest in his patients as people.

I have been going to Dr. Crotty for over 20 years. He and his staff have always been professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Since I have a fair complexion, I usually go twice a year - once in the summer when I have the blue light procedure for actinic keratosis (pre-cancer lesions) and then six months later for a follow up. The Vanicream Sport sunscreen is particularly good if you are going to be in the sun all day.

Dr Crotty is an amazing MOHS surgeon . His bedside manner is wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable in very complex cases. He treat related me as if I were family and listens and explains everything to me. What a wonderful man and if I could give him 10 stars I most definitely would. The office staff are also so sweet and caring offering water and coffee. Beautiful office.

Dr. Crotty has been with me from day one. When I first started I couldn`t swallow without pain, inside mouth was inflamed and I felt awful. If I ever called about a serious problem I was seen that day. I love Dr. CROTTY ,JESSIE AND HIS NURES. The front desk ladies are always kind and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Crotty to anyone . I am sooooo much better. I thank God for sending me to him.
