If you want a caring, compassionate physician who prides himself on new and upcoming medical care, referrals to specialists when needed who continues to teach incoming medical professionals and is a family man...you found the right Dr. He listens and considers your thoughts on your own care. He is consistent and thorough and always answers thr call. You can't go wrong. After 35 years with the same physician who sadly passed. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful physician.

Incredible caring doctor

We discovered Dr. Czapp when we first moved to MI in late 2021, and are so grateful we did! The staff always greet us upon arrival and are happy to answer any and all questions. On more than one occasion they have been very accommodating and worked to help us with our tight schedules. Dr. Czapp always has a positive attitude and his personality is even well received by my teenager! Dr. Czapp spends as much time as necessary with each patient and we’ve never felt rushed. He listens to our questions and engaged in discussion which helps ensure we can make informed health decisions. Dr. Czapp has an approachable personality which lends to more honest healthcare conversations. He would never shame you for things like being overweight or missing a check up and instead takes the approach of being ready and willing to help you whenever you need it. Dr. Czapp is kind, caring, and competent! We are so happy to have him and his team as our healthcare provider.

Dr. Czapp and his entire staff were more than competent and caring I do not ever recall getting such personal service. Dr, Czapp himself called me at home when he was changing my medication to explain it to me. On my first visit that if I had any health problem to contact them first and to avoid going to urgent care.. So unexpected in this day but most welcome I would highly recommend

I highly recommend Dr. Czapp and his staff! They are wonderful and treat you with kindness, compassion, and very knowledgeable support - regardless of your size and health journey. As a plus-sized woman with PCOS, I have previously seen countless doctors who made me feel ashamed and defeated about my size and health complications. Dr. Czapp is great because he always takes the time to answer my questions, confirm my understanding, ensure my comfort with the care plan he recommends for me, and always makes me feel supported. I am very thankful to have the compassionate and knowledgeable care team I need to help me manage my health concerns and no longer stress about going to doctor's appointments!

He is a perfect doctor that actually listens to you and supports your decisions on treatment. Does not push meds on you, and is open to diets like Keto to manage diabetes. Truly a gift.

I met Dr. Czapp when he offered his assistance to Romeo High School athletic department with physicals & covering sporting events (I’m the certified athletic trainer at RHS). He was so great with the athletes, I switched my entire family (80 year old grandpa, both parents, 21 year old sibling, and myself) to his primary care practice. He is wonderful with all ages. Extremely easy to communicate with. Great bedside manners. Flexible hours. Entire office staff goes above and beyond. The office is very easy to access. He provides options to help patients avoid having to go to an urgent care or ER for non-emergent problems, which I loved! I’ve worked with a lot of doctors in my career but he truly impressed me.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Czapp and his staff. I have two young sons who see Dr. Czapp and he's slways great with them. Always talks to them individually respectfully and spends time getting to know them as patients. The staff is always so sweet and accommodating and Dr. Czapp always gets us in when necessary. He treats his patients like family. Theres a very personal feel in this office that I missed in our previous pediatricians office. My sons love their doctor which is exactly what you want! I cant recommend this clinic enough!

Dr Czapp is seriously awesome. I went to see him yesterday and he solved my issue within minutes! His bedside manner is exceptional. In addition, every staff member was friendly and genuinely seemed to care that I was 100pct satisfied with my visit. I already referred multiple family members! This is a different kind of office, go see them- you will be so glad you did!

We are beyond pleased with Dr. Czapp. He is caring, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly-he listens to us. He is genuinely interested in us and our health and we feel that we are working together as a team. He makes our health his priority and has always been an advocate for us reaching our health goals. He also helped identify a medical condition our son has that countless doctors and specialists were unable to pinpoint. Our son struggled for years with extreme pain and was unable to obtain a diagnosis from older and more experienced medical professionals. Dr. Czapp took one look at him, and was able to give him direction and a pathway toward a true diagnosis. Our son is now able to avoid his trigger (NSAIDS), and will be able to avoid a life threatening issue moving forward. The office staff is wonderful-Julie and Kim are beyond awesome! They are helpful, cheerful and kind. They are also excellent at what they do. We plan to continue with Dr. Czapp!!

I've experienced knee pain for years and have had knee injections from other providers. The past injections where very painful, to the point I said I would never have them again. Well I needed both knees injected and was so scared to do this again. After talking with Dr. Czapp I decided to have only one knee done. He injected the first knee and I could not believe how different it was from my past experiences. It hurt but nothing like before, so we went ahead and did the other knee. He gave me a high five and I was so revealed and happy. Dr. Czapp and his staff are the best, they really helped me with a stressful situation with patience and care.

Dr. Czapp is a great doctor if your looking for a new primary care office. I never have issues with making appointments and he always takes the time during my visits to answer any questions. I bring my whole family here. Not only is Dr. Czapp great to work with his staff is amazing, always happy to help and pleasant to work with.

I needed a new familily doctor. Ichoose dr. Scapp, because he is very close to my house . From the 1. visit I was impressed with his knowledge. He made me very relaxed. On 12-27-2020 I had a medical emergency and ended up in the ER at ford macomb hospital. After my discharge I followed up with Dr. Scapp. He explained all detailed questions concerning what happened to me and what will be done next. I can highly recommend Dr.Scapp to anybody looking for a docter in this area. .He is a doctor, who really CARE 5 Stars.

I was referred to Dr. Czapp after my husband went to see him. The staff were all so kind and welcoming especially with the craziness of COVID. Dr. Czapp was very nice, had a great personality, and very knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience and would gladly recommend him.

My Doctor of over 30 retired two years ago, and I was set with the task of finding a competent replacement. After a few disappointments, I was referred to Dr. Czapp by a friend, and have been going there since. Very competent, professional, and thorough, he has a no rush procedure that makes me feel comfortable. A very friendly atmosphere, the staff there are eager to assist in anyway they can.
