When you walk into lobby you are greeted by a friendly receptionist. The wait from the time you are check in by a friendly staff member and the wait for the Doctor was not long at all. I would say less than 15 minutes.My time with the Dr. Dubuque was quality time because he answered my questions and didn’t make me feel like what asked him was foolish.When it was time for me to leave I was taken care of by the same friendly receptionist who knew exactly what needed to be done for my next visit.

Dr. Chris is always professional as well as knowledgeable. I don’t feel like I’m a car going to the mechanics shop. I feel like a person with the attention and level of care that should be afforded to every human. Very pleased.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming! Didn't have to wait long before being seen. First time visit as I wanted to change my PCP. Dr. Dubuque takes his time with you and doesn't make you feel rushed. He listens to your concerns and explains his treatment plan for you very thoroughly! I switched to Dr. Dubuque when my previous PC retired, and boy did I hit the jackpot! After the first visit I went home and suggested to my husband and 2 children (in their 20’s) to switch to himASAP because his panel would fill up fast. Glad they switched when they did. This doctor is God-sent. He treats the whole person, not just the symptoms. He gets to the bottom of it. He listens carefully and gives his honest advice, without being judgmental. In this day of patients diagnosing themselves through YouTube University, we come to him with preconceived ideas, requests and he is open to listening to it all and has an open mind and a wholistic approach to treatment. He digs deep to find the root cause, not just the quick fix of symptoms w medication. He encourages you to eat healthy, exercise, sleep well and reduce stress, as well as prescribing medications (when needed). I don’t know how he finds the time and energy to listen to every patient as though they were his only 1.

I have been going to Doc for almost two years now. When I started my chrons was out of control, I was pre diabetic, a bit overweight, and mentally exhausted. Doc listened to me asked what I wanted to improve, told me what I needed to improve, set a plan with me and I was able to execute. I haven’t had a chrons flare up since seeing him, I’m not over weight loss over 38lbs total and am no longer pre diabetic. He always makes time and is willing to cater to your needs and scheduling. If you’re looking for a PCP stop looking! I will be with Doc until he retires. He is also my oldest son’s PCP.

I first met Dr. Dubuque in November 2023 for osteopathic (DO) treatments, seeking relief from severe neck and back pain that had significantly impacted my daily life. Initially, my treatments were scheduled three times a month to provide the relief I desperately needed. Dr Dubuque was my primary well before he practiced in Hawaii. In fact he was doing his internship in Corvallis where even as only being a resident dr. I still had total confidence and trust in Dr. Dubuque great doctor and I was sad to see him leave the Pacific Northwest.

Always goes above , he's always very caring about his patients and he is always there when you need him and you can shoot him a text any time if you have any concerns, please let him know and even if you just need a prayer he’ll gladly pray with you, because for me my faith is very important in my life but you have to its totally up to you.
