Dr Farrell is such an amazing caring doctor. He listens and takes his time to explain everything to u in full detail. He recently removed a 2.3cm acoustic neuroma from my brain and did a fantastic job!! No facial weakness whatsoever which was my worst fear and he checked on me every chance he could. If anyone has any kind of brand tumor especially an acoustic neuroma tumor I highly, highly suggest dr Christopher Farrell! Him and his team are literally the best!! You u wont be disappointed. Thanks again dr Farrell!

Doctor Farrell is the best neuro surgeon! He is very calming and explains everything very well! I had a meningioma and knew I was in the right hands with him. It was April 2016. I only have to see him every 2 years now and am going to try and get an apt close to where I live because he is going to be seeing patients in King O Prussia. Hated going downtown! Love him! He is the best!

Dr Christopher Farrell of Thomas Jefferson Hospital , downtown, is a wonderful Doctor . He performed 11 hour surgery on my head in June to remove an orange size benign tumor . The tumor was found as a result of an emergency room MRI to check for possible head injury from falling while jogging and breaking left wrist. Dr. Farrell worked with Dr Strohl of the Jeff Hand Center who operated on my wrist a few days before the cranial surgery. The team approach was so meaningful, rehab included.

Dr. Farrell is an excellent neurosurgeon. He is kind & gracious. Listens and responds to your questions. It was well worth my time & miles to have him do surgery for a meningioma tumor behind my eye. I highly recommend him.

I came to Dr. Farrell in extreme crisis. I had cranial abcesses and had relapsed after previous surgery and antibiotic treatment. I was in really bad shape. Dr. Farrell saved my life. Today, less than a year later, I am almost 100% restored to my former self. I can not say enough about his skill as a surgeon or the excellent care I received in his hands. If you need a neurosurgeon, you could not be in better hands.
