Wow! I felt like this Dr. could care less about what was going on with me. My PCP referred me to the E.R. for a specific procedure that can't be done in a family practice office setting. Dr. Fenzel made a mockery of my PCP and didn't perform the procedure and said why didn't your PCP just do it. The whole experience was a complete joke. Dr. Fenzel lacked concern for me and has poor bedside care. He didn't even listen to me or give me eye contact. He really should rethink his career choice.

Terrible bedside manner manner not a thorough doctor. Seemed very unconcerned about figuring out what the issue was and was dismissive. Spent very little time and didn't even perform a proper body inspection to determine cause of pain. This "doctor" should reconsider his career choice. This was one of the worst doctor experiences I have had.
