Shouldn’t be a provider
He was unprofessional and spoke poorly about two of my surgeons. He said they didn’t have my best interest in mind but he did. My previous physicians are at the top of their game. They’re the main doctors for NHL teams, NBA teams, and MLS teams. I left without help. I was disappointed and that’s being conservative. I don’t recommend him. He pushed nerve ablation after I told him I wasn’t comfortable. He seems interested in his wallet and that’s about it. 0 out of 10.He doesn’t care about your particular symptoms and makes jokes about your pain. He laughed at me and my pain.

Wonderful!
Dr. Gilmore had already researched my very rare disease and understood the symptoms that I experience due to the disease. He also read my chart and was aware of my personal journey with my disease. He was very compassionate and understanding. Very knowledgeable about controlling pain. He really made me feel comfortable with him taking over my care. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Gilmore for a few months now he has helped me out alot. I had a peripheral nerve stimulator implant from the sprint company and it really helped my knee pain but after the 60days we took it out and within a week the pain came back now we are going to see about doing the nalu nerve stimulator implant that is permanent. Dr Gilmore was very nice and understanding and willing to do what needed to be done to help with pain. He has answered all my questions in terms that I would understand. Thank you and your PA for helping me.

I rarely ever saw Dr.Gilmore, His PA’s took over from the start. His PA, Michelle, was extremely kind and always helpful. But Gilmore was another matter. He cut me off my pain medicine cold turkey and what followed was a nightmare. Do not ever go to see Dr. Gilmore. This man is nothing short of being a menace. I feel like he, as a physician, is dangerous.

Dr. Gilmore may be a great Anesthesiologist, however, in the field of pain management, he leaves a great deal to be desired. He treats his patients in a cold, insensitive fashion, and treats them like they're all drug seekers. Although patients can prove they have been 100 per cent compliant, passed every drug test, never missed appointments, his objective was always to force injections that proved they didn't work, spinal cord stimulators that he swore were the end all be all regardless of the patients comfort level, and at a moment's notice, stop a patients medication although there were clearly documented, severe chronic pain issues. He didn't want to be bothered with disability paperwork either. I think if Pain Management doctors like Gilmore don't have the courage to help patients who truly need pain management assistance because of opioid crisis quotas, they need to stick to putting patients to sleep. That's what's easy. I would not recommend him!

Very poor excuse for a pain physician. Has no interest in assisting you with any pain issue. He will create a problem and expect you to go along with it, then reprimands you if you do not and will hang you out to dry without options. Horrific experience. Serious ego issues. I would rather go to a Vet!

Absolutely the most condensing physician in my entire 60 years of life. Could care less about your level of discomfort or any new issues to arise throughout the years as a patient there. Extremely arrogant and closed minded and not interested with hearing any discussion from the patient or patients advocate. Would not recommend anyone with genuine pain difficulties and he will attempt to undermine you if and when you finally break off ties with this center. His dishonesty is deplorable!

Dr. Gilmore is heaven-sent for my father! Dad has been seeing him for about 8 years now and Dr. Gilmore truely cares about his pain. He thoroughly explains all of our options and is interested in helping. We drive 3.5 hours every 6 weeks so sad can get injections. Dad will be going through back surgery #13 Tuesday for an implant and my mind is at peace because Dr Gilmore truely cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone with chronic pain.
