Horrible experience!!
I went to see Dr. Hess on Dec 20, 2024 for a severed tendon in my foot and asked to have it fixed asap. What he nor any of his staff didn't tell me that day is that they were closing the office until January 6, 2025. That would have been some really good information to have the day he saw me. This is an example of total disregard for patient care as I could have scheduled with another podiatrist who could have helped me much sooner. Ohhh.... and I didn't find out until I called for an update on December 26th and was told by the after hours answering service. Totally inappropriate!!! Now I have lost an entire week and have to start over with another Dr.
