Was good but....
I've been a patient of Dr H for about 3 years and I have seen him virtually for all of the visits. He's usually ok and kind but the last time he was a little rude... he ate his lunch during the appointment and said something to the effect of it seems like you're doing things that will guarantee that bad karma will come to you when I was voicing my frustration with an issue that I was having. I was under the impression that these appointments are a safe space where your voice is heard. Well think again... perhaps he was having a bad day but that's not my fault or problem. Just buyer beware
