Small cyst on chin - thought best to have a plastic surgeon remove it. I should have realized when waiting room was empty, not a good sign.. He was sure it was more and cut it out to send for evaluation. Put in stiches. I returned to have the stiches removed and to learn that all was fine - it was a cyst. His art work has left a scar on my jaw like - looks like an X - a plastic surgeon leaving a scar and it looking like an X??? I tried scar cream for months to no avail. Go elsewhere.

I highly recommend Dr Killingsworth. I chose him to perform a breast augmentation procedure and had a great experience. He listened carefully to what I wanted and took the time to review different options. He was also very attentive to detail during the procedure and it showed in the results. After the procedure the staff was quick to answer questions about some concerns I had about the healing process. I really felt like he and his staff cared about making sure I was comfortable and satisfied.

I had several appointments set up to meet with various surgeons for breast augmentation. I met with Dr. Killingsworth first, and honestly, I didn’t need to meet the rest. He is welcoming, friendly, and understands his patient’s wants and needs. The customer service at Atlanta Aesthetics is next to none.They are perfect, exactly what I wanted, and quite frankly, after they settle, I would never know they were not real. Outstanding outcome!

I was referred to Dr Killingsworth by another doctor who I highly regarded so ,after doing a little more research, I made an appointment with him. I was looking into breast reduction surgery due to constant back pain. From the very beginning his office staff was very friendly and professional. They made me feel very comfortable at every visit. I went from a size H (DDDDD) cup down to a large C. There were no drainage tubes and it was considered outpatient surgery. I am extremely pleased.

I would recommend Dr. Killingsworth 100% to anyone. I had lost about 100 lbs with lap band surgery about five years ago, and I needed a tummy tuck desperately. I prayed for a surgeon, and Dr. Killingsworth came to speak at a support group. The nurses in my support group spoke very highly of him. "He did tiny stitches." My rolls of excess stomach flesh are gone, and equally important, there is hardly a hint of where the surgery was done. Dr. Killingsworth gave me a flat, tight stomach.

I had nothing but positive experiences at each appointment with Dr Killingsworth. He communicates well and does what he says. He had to improve a bad breast reconstruction job after another surgeon left both my breasts and nipples a different size. He told me exactly what to expect and he accomplished it. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for an appointment, which seems unheard of these days. I will definitely return to Dr Killingsworth if I have a need for his services in the future.

Before seeing Dr Killingsworth, I had a less than pleasing experience with the Dr who performed my breast reconstruction. I'm pleased to say, Dr. Killingsworth performed the surgery and I had minimal discomfort. I Can't say enough about how pleased I am with my outcome. For the first time in nearly three years, I am no longer in pain.

Accurate with what to expect from and after surgery. Excellent results from surgery. Great bedside manners and explains everything. Makes you comfortable about asking questions and ensures your confident in reaching out to the office for any concerns.

Dr Killingsworth made me feel very comfortable and confident. He talked through the exam stating what was needed and what to expect. He was easy to talk to. I never felt as though my appointment was rushed in any way. Never waited more than 5 minutes for each appointmnet. The surgery was a breeze with very minimal pain. I would definitely recommend him.
