Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Doesn’t listen to patient concerns and pushes you for unnecessary testing. When you try to get more information or question the direction he becomes rude. Then sends you bills after you paid saying you didn’t pay enough. Will never go back.

Amazing Doctor!!! My whole extended family loves him. I love that he wants patients to be on time so we all will have very little wait time. He is fast but wants to help with any issues you have. Just make sure you have a list of questions or symptoms. My daughter had crazy seemingly unrelated symptoms & he knew exactly what tests she needed to find relief. He’s the doctor I want to go to.

Dr. Lay seems to care more about jumping to the next patient than actually listening and understanding your conditions. He literally spent 7 minutes with me for my intitial visit. I wonder if he gets paid per visit. When I told him I had a thought that Silica/Granite dust was what was poisoning me, he shook his head and said "I dont think so" and the first visit he didnt even put it in the notes. SURPRISE - IT WAS SILICA ..... Not thorough, and i will not return

My experience at this office has upset me very much. I’m disabled so have to arrange transportation. I’ve been there 2 times. I made the doctor my pcp. I requested new scripts because I just moved here and was running out. Not only did the office not use my CURRENT RX LIST but called in medications I NO LONGER take. Further for an RX I’ve had to take for many years I was told I had to RETURN to sign some form. Why was this not taken care of when I was there? Michelle, the nurse, did not apologize for her error. I CAUTION people using this office. It is POORLY RUN AND ALTHOUGH EMAILING THE DOCTOR HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM.

Went to see him for a physical today. He listened to a problem Ive had for a year. He recommended a colonoscopy and said will get send info to a gastroenterologist that can perform the procediere. Made me feel at ease when I said I was a little scared. Said I will be asleep and won't know until it's done. Always nice and friendly.

Very knowledgeable in his field. My only problem is that he is way too fast. It is very hard to ask questions because he is in and out so quick. If you have questions write them down and bring with you.

Great dr. Talks matter of factly, but not rudely or hurriedly. Seems much more caring and interested than other Drs I've had. Even ones at this same clinic. Like him a lot. Staff is fantastic too!

Always in a hurry. Never listens. Likes to hear himself talk. Jumps to unrealistic conclusions. You can never get a word in. Thinks he is still in the ER. Arrogant and stern demeanor. No bed side manner. Thinks he is always right. Has a God complex.
