Even though very professional, this doctor is extremely personable. The office is run with great efficiency and always clean. I’m thinking back to my visits and can’t come up with one negative thing. On a scale of one to ten I give a ten plus.

A really great experience for a very nervous patient. I am a photographer and very nervous with anything to do with my eyesight. I had to do something, though, when I almost hit a car when changing lanes because my droopy eyelids blocked my peripheral vision. I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only can I see better now, I actually look much better, too. Dr. Lo explained everything very clearly and everyone is thrilled with the results, even my ophthalmologist (who had referred me) and my dermatologist, both of whom said the results looked remarkable. The recovery was a breeze and I progressed exactly as Dr. Lo predicted. I highly recommend Dr. Lo to everyone, including my sister who is now a believer and will very soon be a patient of his. I am a Kaiser Permanente patient member. I was referred to Dr Lo in the Torrance office, because the oculoplastic specialist in LA had retired. I am so glad he retired, so that I could go outside of Kaiser for this procedure. Dr. Lo reassured me that this was not a complicated issue, and he removed the eyelid lesion that had plagued me for over two years and would not be properly addressed by Kaiser ophthalmologists in Orange County.
