Great doctor
I have been seeing Dr. Lucasti for over 15 years. He has treated my Mother, my Partner and me. He has treated me for infections, travel medicine, sexual health, and wound care. He takes part in clinical research trials, and is aware of the the latest research in the field. He is an incredible patient advocate. He takes the time to answer questions and explain his treatment plan. He does in office infusion, and infusion services through home health care agency's I am Gay, and he makes me feel welcome, supported, and accepted as a patient and a person. He also has an in office lab, and phlebotomist, The phlebotomist is great, and having an in office lab, brings both convenience, consistency, and reassurance, that the Dr's lab results are handled and reported quickly.

Excellent care !
Had an infection and had to go to his office 7 days a week for 6 weeks for IV infusions. He always answered my questions without making me feel rushed. The staff was very friendly and professional, especially the Infusion Nurses Michelle and Dawn.I do not know what the reviewers who gave one star are talking about. Perhaps they went to a different doctor !

He was a terrible doctor. He took 8 vials of blood and then forgot to send them out for analysis. I found that out from his staff. Which is why he refused to call me with the results—there weren’t any results. He never apologized.

This man should not be allowed to practice medicine. He causes a great deal of harm. I was referred to him to identify the specific bacteria causing bowel infection I’d had for about 3 years. Multiple courses of antibiotics helped a lot but never cleared up the infection completely. In time, it would get worse again. The day I saw him his nurse (who took down my medical info) was extraordinarily rude. Then a woman drew about ten vials of blood which were never sent to the diagnostic lab. I waited weeks to hear the results but never heard a word from the doctor. I called several times & his staff would check my file but could not find any info on bloodwork results. I asked that Lucasti call me. He never did. So I stopped in his office one day and asked for a copy of my file, hoping to find the answer there. No lab results on bloodwork could be found but he had written his diagnosis: multiple personality disorder. Stay far away from this quack. He is dangerous.

I literally had the same exact experience! I went in with a positive Lyme disease blood test that I had done just a few weeks before in my home state of Florida. I was here for the summer and was looking for someone to help with my treatment and went to him because I found him online. He did not shake my hand, had his back to me and was texting while I was talking to him, told me that he did not think he could help me with my Lyme disease because I only tested positive for one band....If you are a Lyme literate doctor you know that that is a positive and most of the testing by the CDC is less then 50% accurate. I was receiving treatment from my Florida doctor but she wanted me to see someone here while I am here for the summer. I became incredibly sick with treatment with the condition called a HERX reaction which is the bacteria dying off in your body which makes you toxic. He basically argued with me and I knew immediately that this was not the doctor for me. He was Demeaning!
