My grandmother has Dementia so appts can be stressful. The staff and dr were very nice, understanding, accommodating and caring! They offered snacks and water which kept her busy throughout the appointment.

Dr.Lyons was great and listened carefully to my issues and offered options. It was hard to book with him- it took a couple of months to get in. The MA who called me back did not look at my chart when calling me back and called me by my middle name which exposed more PHI than necessary.

The interpreter didn't do well in her job - watching her phone and not carefully listening, answer my question not translate my question. Probably she was in bad mood due to her traffic fine before coming the hospital.

Dr. Lyons has made me feel comfortable and he explained in details clearly, I was surprised that I broke my thumb, but with the tiny piece floating around in my hand doesn't bother me. He made me feel comfortable during injection in my right hand and im pleased that I didn't feel any pain. I'm definitely keep him as my dr.

Although I had to wait 3-4 weeks to get an appt., staff were professional and courteous. Doctor explained diagnosis thoroughly and provided effective treatment in least intrusive manner. Definitely will return as needed!

My only concern regarding my appointment was that I waited in the exam room for almost 45 minutes. My appointment was 3:15 and I was taken right to the exam room. Doctor came in approximately 3:55. Dr. Lyons was very thorough and took time to explain everything to me and go over the xrays with me.
