Until this last time with visiting St Mark's hospital and its clinics for the majority of my medical needs, I will NEVER visit again based on my last experience. I visited the Gastroenterology Clinic on May 11 for a colonoscopy and have been waiting and calling trying to get my results. I have place 5 calls and each time 'assured' of a call back. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The level of customer service at this clinic and Dr's office is AWFUL.

Dr. Maxwell was thorough and gentle in the investigation of my problems. He was great to explain his thought processes and rationale for particular experiments. In the end he discovered the issue and solved it. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I feel like a new person. I'm grateful he took the time with me that I deserved.

I was referred to Dr Maxwell by Dr Eifling. Dr Maxwell is very caring and explains everything that he is doing. I really appreciate that he could take me as quickly as he did. He is very courteousness and friendly. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
