Horrible Doctor
He plays favorites with certain female patients regarding there medication I feel he doesn't treat the people who wanna do right equally and me personally would not recommend him I feel like he is not giving me my proper medications when I have medical records from other doctors stating that I need these medications for my anxiety but he refuses to take the time out to understand me and others in my situation

He saved my life
I was admitted to Cooper Hospital for an eye fungus related to heroin use. He saw me at the hospital and made sure I was medicated. He saw me the next day. He accepted me into his treatment program. I had no health insurance. I was seen weekly. Every time treated with NOTHING BUT RESPECT. He is so kind, understanding, caring and wonderful. He never ever made me feel anything but cared for. He went above and beyond to help me. And because of his caring, I am drug free and alive. Thank you Dr Milburn. Thank you Carly. Thank you all.

He was very personable as well as informative. He gave me explinations for everything. He took his time and listened to all my questions and problems. I actually enjoyed my visit with him. I was late for my first visit and he saw me anyway which was very nice.
