Dr. Christopher Morache, MD

Dr. Morache is horrific. If I had had the wherewithal when I was only 27 and rescued my sister from him, I would have fought to get his medical license taken from him. He subjected my sister who suffers from schizoaffective disorder to shock treatment every other week for over a year! No where, NO WHERE, are there studies that indicate that this is an appropriate treatment for schizoaffective disorder, or even an appropriate use of shock treatment. At MOST shock treatment should be used twice a year for severe depression, where indicated in severe cases. On top of this he prescribed my sister, who had a history of drug addiction, a weekly prescription of Opiods to offset the pain from the shock treatment. My sister was a zombie and her memory was wiped. An effective modern day lobotomy. Absolutely horrific. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. He shouldn't even be aloud to practice medicine. He has zero care for his patients. ZERO.

I’ve been with Dr. Morache for a number of years now . I came to him with an amazing amount of issues. He is outstanding. He listens and came up with a manageable treatment plan. However the wait time can be long. The wait is worth it. Look no further for a compassionate, listening, and he understands! Highly recommended!

As a Psychiatrist, your basic requirement is to have kindness and compassion. Dr. Morache has zero kindness and compassion. He tells a colleague that He or She will fail a Psych evaluation even before going through the evaluation. His ability to discern and judge is poor. As a physician, it is important to be honest. Lack of honesty, kindness and compassion makes me give him NO STARS.
